Shipping varies from 3-5 business days depending on destination; however, can take longer during holiday seasons. Once customer orders are confirmed, product(s) are packaged and shipped. Each order will receive a tracking number to keep track of shipment. Just Naptural LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products once orders are dropped off at the post office. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct address is given at the time of purchase. Customers are advised to use the provided tracking number to file a claim on shipment if any of these issues occur.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless it is the fault of Just Naptural LLC. The customer has 3 days after receiving product to report any issues.
